Legumes com soja frita // Fried vegetables with soy
Ingredientes:
(2 pessoas)
- 1 chávena de soja granulada
- folhas de couve-flor
- milho
- 1 cenoura
- couve branca
- 1 cebola
- azeite
- 1 tomate maduro
- sal
- limão
- vinho branco
- margarina
- temperos (piri-piri, oregãos, salsa, tomilho, molho de soja)
Preparação:
- Num tacho, dourar a cebola em azeite, juntar os restantes legume, vinho branco, limão e salsa.
- Numa frigideira, colocar 2 colheres de sopa de margarina e juntar a soja previamente demolhada e escorrida. Mexer enquanto frita. Juntar todos os temperos mencionados anteriormente.

- White wine
- margarine
- Seasonings (red pepper, oregano, parsley, thyme, soy sauce)
preparation:
- In a pan, brown the onion in olive oil, add the remaining vegetable, white wine, lemon andparsley.
- In a skillet, put 2 tablespoons of margarine and add the soy previously soaked anddrained. Stir while frying. Add all the spices mentioned above.
